These terms explain the rules for using HireMe across the landing site, web app, and browser extension operated by Afterone Studio. Last updated March 20, 2026.

Acceptance

By using HireMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

These terms apply to hireme.so, app.hireme.so, and the HireMe browser extension operated by Afterone Studio.

Accounts and Access

  • You may need a valid Google account to sign in and use core features.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide through your account.
  • You are also responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure.

Plans, Trials, and Billing

  • HireMe currently offers a one-time 24-hour access plan plus weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscription plans.
  • Recurring plans currently begin with a 2-day free trial, and billing starts after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Stripe Billing Portal or another billing method we provide.
  • Resetting workspace data or stopping use of HireMe does not cancel an active paid subscription.

Acceptable Use

  • You may use HireMe to create, edit, tailor, export, and organize your own career materials and application workflows.
  • You may not use HireMe for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, scraping, abuse of third-party sites, or infringement of another party's rights.
  • You may not try to break, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI-Generated Output

HireMe can generate resumes, cover letters, ATS insights, interview prep, and other AI-assisted output based on the information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before using it. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not right for a specific role or employer.

HireMe is designed to help you improve and organize your materials. It does not guarantee interviews, offers, or career outcomes.

Your Content

You remain responsible for the resumes, job data, prompts, and other materials you upload or enter into HireMe.

You confirm that you have the right to use that content and to ask us to process it through the service.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features, pricing, plans, or integrations at any time.

We may also add limits or change access when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, infrastructure reliability, or product direction.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, abused the platform, or created risk for HireMe or other users.

You may stop using HireMe at any time, but any active paid subscription remains subject to its billing cycle until canceled.

Disclaimers and Liability

HireMe is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afterone Studio does not guarantee that HireMe will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afterone Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of HireMe.

Privacy

Your use of HireMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
